Description
This is a combined for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626Q0020 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Forklift Inspection, Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Logistics Branch (HNCL) at Port San Antonio and Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, including all management, tools, maintenance manuals, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to perform inspections/preventative maintenance, and repair services on forklifts and their locations are listed in Appendix A of the PWS. Addition of similar equipment and/or removal of equipment from this list may be expected throughout the life of this contract in order to meet Government needs. All work shall be in accordance with commercial and industrial standards. (Refer to the PWS Attachment and all accompanying documents for more information). This acquisition is 100% Total Set-Aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
