Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.107-3(b), Notification of Consolidation of Contract

Requirements, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is publishing this Special Notice to advise industry of the approval of a Consolidation Determination and Findings (D&F) for the Business Operations Support Services (BOSS) requirement. The Head of the Contracting Activity (HCA) and Senior Procurement Executive has formally determined that consolidating these

requirements is both necessary and justified. 3. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW: The government intends to consolidate three existing

requirements - the legacy BOSS Bridge Program, portions of the One Information Technology (One IT) contract, and services that support System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) - into a single, unified contract action. This consolidated effort will provide comprehensive enterprise business operations, process improvement, and program management support across DCSA. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting. 4. JUSTIFICATION FOR CONSOLIDATION: Through comprehensive market research, the government has concluded that consolidating these

requirements provides the best value to the Government. For additional details, please review the attached Redacted Consolidation D&F. 5. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE ONLY. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. No proposals are being requested or accepted at this time. 6.
