Solicitation Number: FA469026Q0014 Agency: 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota Requirement: The 28th Operations Support Squadron (28 OSS) requires eighty four (84) manual reverse osmosis filters, as detailed in (Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics List).

Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Acquisition Procedures: This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items Set-Aside: This is a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry System (NAICS) code 333310 with a size standard of 1000 Employees. To be eligible to compete, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Submission Instructions: Interested and responsible small business offerors are invited to submit a quote in writing via email to: 2nd Lt Christian Depollar at [email protected] AND Mr. Joshua Johnson at [email protected]. All

questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than 3:00 PM MDT on February 27, 2026. Please include the following subject line in your email submission: Quote_FA469026Q0014_Reverse Osmosis. Quotes must be received no later than 3:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on March 2, 2025.

Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the

requirements of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is determined to represent the best value to the Government. The Government will utilize FAR Part 12 procedures and conduct an integrated assessment for a best value award decision based on the evaluation factors established in the SF1449.
