The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest prices technically acceptable offer without discussion.The resultant contract will be an IDIQ (indefinite delivery indefinite quantity) contract under which will be issued task orders. The contract will be for a Base year with two One-year Options if exercised by the Government. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provisions 52.404-7.
