CAGE: 79RG9 P/N 123AM50007-2 FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the base period of five (5) years and zero (0) option periods will be 10 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described may or may not be available and will be furnished by the Government through C-Folders if applicable. Request for a written proposal, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
