The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Ontologize, Inc., a small business, to purchase one (1) three-day, private, in-person Palantir Foundry training and one (1) three-day, private, virtual Palantir Foundry training. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Ontologize, Inc., under the authority of FAR 12.102. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency
