Requirements Document. 1. Required Item: Electric Utility Vehicle (EUV) Quantity: 2 Unit: Each 2. Deliver to 177FW Propulsion Shop 400 Langley Rd. Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. FOB Destination. The EUVs must be delivered within 120 days after date of contract award. 3. The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days to make delivery after it receives a delivery order from the buyer. 4. All costs (shipping, delivery) must be included. 5. Quotes must include Unit Price, Total Price, Federal Tax ID, CAGE code, SAM Unique Identity ID, and company
point of contact. 6. Photo and detailed description of the EUV as well as warranty information must be submitted with the quote. 7.
