This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size relative to NAICS code 314120 (size standard of 750 employees. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be published. Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide Webblock anti-ligature shades and Solomount Window Shades. Line Item Description/Part Number Quantity 0001 Measure, supply and install Webblock shades 56 0002 Measure, supply and install Solomount shades 163 Statement of Work: Awarded vendor is to Measure all windows to confirm sizes, order all required shades and determine best installation method for each type of shade and window. Contractor is to remove existing window treatments, cart offsite for disposal at contractor s expense and install new window shades in Building 65 1st and Building 64 2nd floor. Bedrooms and toilet rooms are to be Webblock anti-ligature shades, all other windows on these buildings/floors are to be Solomount window shades. Fabric of shade to be from the WT line at 1 3% openness and will be chosen by the VAMC Interior Designer. Project Scale: 1st floor of Building 65 and 2nd floor of building 64 all windows unless otherwise noted. 56 windows will require shades that are Webblock, 163 windows will require shades that are Solomount. Heights are approximately 70 H, widths range from 31 to 81 , matrix and floorplan is attached. Project Overview This Statement of Work outlines the removal and offsite disposal of existing window treatments across two buildings, followed by the supply and installation of new Webblock window shades in all bedrooms and Solomount window shades in all other areas.
