The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the

questions submitted regarding the above referenced solicitation. Please note that the deadline for submitting any additional

questions is today, June 25, at 3:30 p.m. CST. Question 1: On June 26, 2026, we will be bidding on Invitations 2000011355 and 2000011384. The bid due dates and delivery periods are the same for both, making it difficult to place accurate volume constraints on our bid offerings. Would it be possible to apply a single volume constraint to both invitations? Answer: We are unable to combine Invitations 2000011355 and 2000011384 or apply a shared volume constraint. Question 2: Could Invitation 2000011384 (Coarse Ground Beef) be purchased and awarded as scheduled, but delay bid offerings for Invitation 2000011355 until at least July 2, 2026—or until after the award for Invitation 2000011384 is completed? This would allow us to ensure that production capability constraints are accurate and feasible. Answer: The award dates for Invitations 2000011355 and 2000011384 will remain July 1, 2026. This is a combined for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 5.101(d). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
