Description

for Building 9 Server Room THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) must be certified by The U.S. Small Business Administration Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCERT). This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures for Noncommercial Acquisitions, Request for Quotation. SCOPE: Split System/back up system (Mini-Split), the

scope of work includes but limited to the following, full details are included in the solicitation: To Furnish and Install one (1) 5T Daikin Split System (or equal to) One 5T Air Handling Units. One (1) 5T DC6 Condensing Unit with cooling operation range of 0F-115F (unit will cool even in freezing temperatures to ensure the server room stays cool) (1) Daikin one touch thermostat (or equal to) Furnish and install required electrical from panel to ODU and AHU. Furnish and install required ductwork. Set on pad poured by CVMC (FES) Set program once installed to proper settings needed to maintain correct temperature. To Furnish Fujitsu (or equal to) 4T Mini-Split Condenser. To furnish and install wall mounts. To furnish and install line set of 35 feet. To furnish and install communication line with one touch thermostat. To Furnish wall hangers for the outside condenser unit. Existing power available from old unit to hook back up. To furnish drain piping for inside head unit to properly drain condensate out of building. Set program on mini split to proper temperatures as need Recover refrigerant from old mini split that is being replaced. Remove old mini split and line set that being replaced. Discard of old mini split of campus. An organized site visit will be held on May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM (EST). Contractors are to meet in Building 70 Conference Room at The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320. While the site visit is not mandatory, all bidders, suppliers and subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend. All requests for information or

Quotes are due by June 18, 2026, 3:00 PM via electronic mail to [email protected] The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Award of the contract is subject to the availability of FY26 funds. The maximum time for completion of the project is 14 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. To be considered for award, all prospective contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at www.sam.gov , MUST be in compliance with VAAR 819.7003 and meet the VETCERT SDVOSB certification
