Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division in China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, intends to award a contract, on an other than full and open competition basis as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) commercial contract to Daqscribe Solutions, LLC, 10 Inverness Drive East, Suite 125, Englewood, CO 80112, for the acquisition of Ethernet Recorders. 2x: MDR8500-10XG-19T-ADSY1100-A - Ethernet Packet Capture and Record System 1x: MDR8500-10XG-CO - One-Time system configuration and management fee 1x: MDR8500-10XG-19T-ADSY1100N-A - Internal Hardware 5x: MDRv-38T-5 - Spare 38 TB Drives 1x: DSS-72 - Software This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received by the Contracting 's consideration. Responses must be received no later than ten business days after this notice's publication date to be considered by the agency. The written response must reference solicitation number N6053026PR00414 and include a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets,

background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. The Government will consider all information received by the Contract Specialist and

Contracting Officer via email. The deadline for receipt is 4:00 PM PST on March 30, 2026. Please note the following: A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
