22 June 2026. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Class Deviation 2026-O0028, 2026-O0037 (Part 19), and 2026-O0041 (Part

25) issued by the Department of War, which implements the principles of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). All FAR references herein are to the deviated text. This is a combined for commodities prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. This is a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement is FA2823-26-Q-A101. The Operational Contracting Division, Air Force Test Center at Eglin, AFB, Florida, requires Fire Bottle Servicing, in accordance with the attached PWS dated

22 April 2026. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented. In alignment with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), this order is solicited using full and open competition. Quotes submitted by all responsible sources will be considered for award. Any quote received from a responsible Contractor will be evaluated, as restrictive set-aside limitations do not apply to this solicitation. The North American Industry System code (NAICS) is 541330, with a size standard of $25,500,000. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. A firm-fixed priced purchase order will be awarded.
