for cost estimate for Catering Services The U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco would like to request cost estimate for the catering service for one (1) day. Specifically, we are interested in the following: - Savory hors d’oeuvres for 100 people in American styled food (vegetarian preferable) - Servers for 100 guests - High cocktail tables - Low buffet style tables - Six bars with servers - Glasses - Plates for cake to be served - Forks for the cake - Table cloths The prices should include a separate line for VAT. Sanitation and Hygiene conditions: Food standards will be in accordance with the World Trade Organization recognized Codex Alimentarius. The Codex Alimentarius is an international reference point for the resolution of disputes concerning food safety and consumer protection. The Contractor will follow current Food Service Sanitation and Public Health Service standards, and FDA and USDA food service guidelines, codes, and regulations. The contractor will monitor host nation evolution to World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, including Codex Alimentarius, and incorporate WHO guidelines into its approach as appropriate.
