F. Battin U.S. Courthouse located at 2601 2nd Avenue North, Billings, Montana 59101. The solicitation number will be 47PD5526R0029. The procurement will be procured and awarded as a competitive Total Small Business using FAR Part 15 procedures. The Magnitude and estimated dollar value of the required services range between $250,000 and $500,000. The contract completion period is anticipated to be 180 calendar days. This is an informal source selection procurement requiring both technical and price proposals. Contract award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-price factors. In other terms lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation factors are anticipated to be as follows: (1) Management; and (2)Experience.
