Background and Requirement: VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Healthcare System (VATVCBHCS) requirement to procure ten Portable ultrasounds with carts and tablets for the following services: Pain, Medicine, Primary Care at Harlingen, Tx. Portable Ultrasounds will facilitate injections using Platelet Rich Plasma, Dry needling and evaluation of patient care. US will be used for guidance purposes only. 2.
