This RFI is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3. Further, NOAA is not at this time seeking proposals or quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals or quotes. The purpose of this notice is to: Determine if sources exist that are capable of satisfying the agency's

requirements; and/or Determine if commercial items suitable to meet the agency's needs are available or could be modified to meet the agency's

requirements Submission of a response to this Sources Sought Notice is entirely voluntary. The voluntary submission of a response to this Sources Sought Notice shall not obligate NOAA to pay or entitle the submitter of information to claim any direct or indirect costs or charges or any other remuneration whatsoever. Further, no proposals or quotes are sought at this time. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought Notice; all costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice will be solely at the potential respondent's expense. Anticipated Delivery: 30 Days ARO NAICS Code: 333998 – All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard of 700 employees. REQUIREMENT The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) (OSPO) has a requirement for a filtration system for the 21m antenna located at the Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS) in Fairbanks, AK. The current filtration system features a 30-mesh stacked plate design which cannot support drastic fluctuations in temperature while maintaining stable oil temperatures. The 30-mesh design is unable to properly remove moisture content from the oil used in the gearboxes. This requirement will upgrade the current Filtration System to filter at a rate of IO microns, filter excess moisture from oil, and provide cleaner oil to the gearboxes to reduce equipment maintenance. SPECIFICATIONS: See Attached for Specifications Interested parties are encouraged to submit a response which supports the company's claim that it presently has the qualifications and experience to provide all items that will satisfy the

requirements above. Include the following: Positive Statement of Interest as Prime Contractor, including capabilities, qualifications, and experiences, not exceeding three (3) total pages; Any General Service Administration (GSA) schedule, Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) or Multiple Award Contract numbers and information that allow for the ordering of 21m Antenna Filtration Parts; Your company’s Legal Name, Physical Address, Unique Entity ID (UEI) number, CAGE code and Point of including email and phone number; and Your company’s business size under the NAICS Code 333998.
