The Inbound Mail Services contract specifically provides a direct avenue for disaster survivors to submit correspondence to include applications and supporting documentation (identification, photos, insurance information, etc.) in order to request for recovery assistance and resources. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, services, supplies, equipment (except for Government Furnished Equipment), and facilities necessary to operate an inbound mail processing operation in accordance with the
