requirements for design-build and design-bid-build construction services across the Northwestern Division (Portland, Seattle, and Walla Walla Districts). Consolidation Determination: The
Contracting Officer has determined that consolidation of these
requirements is necessary and justified in accordance with FAR 7.107-2. The consolidation will establish a single Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with an estimated total capacity of $99,000,000 over a five-year base period.
Requirements Being Consolidated: This consolidation will replace various stand-alone contracts previously awarded for repair and maintenance of real property and construction services, including new construction and renovation to large civil works projects.
