This is a design-build (DSN/CSN) project to remove the existing roof on Bldg. 882 and replace it with a new EPDM roof. The assigned NAICS code for this requirement is 238160 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
