All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. This is a combined for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii). FA468626QS004 is issued as an RFQ. (iii). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. (iv). This will be solicited as a Set-Aside Status: 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside, with an associated ployees. (v). A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1, Solicitation - FA468626QS004. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission. (vi). This Requirement is for propane delivery, tank maintenance, and tank replacement services at Beale Air Force Base under an IDIQ contract with a maximum value of $3,400,000.00 over five years. Services include delivering propane to tanks ranging from 500-1,500 gallons with
pricing based on weekly rack rates plus fixed delivery fees, performing preventive and on-call maintenance, and purchasing/installing new tanks as needed. All work will be ordered through individual task orders issued by the
Contracting Officer and must comply with OSHA, DOT, NFPA, and Air Force safety regulations. (vii). Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point will be detailed in each task order. New propane tanks purchased under the contract must have a standard commercial manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, with the contractor responsible for coordinating warranty claims and repairs. The contractor must avoid voiding any existing warranties when performing repairs and must get written authorization before doing any work that might affect warranty coverage. All warranty-related repairs and replacements must be performed in a timely manner at no cost under the warranty terms. (xiv).
