Countermeasures Signals Simulator Opportunity with Department of Defense

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to issue a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) (Cage: 1LTU5). The anticipated FFP contract is to procure approximately seven (7) Countermeasures Signals Simulators (Part Number (P/N) 3313-AS-C01-5, National Stock Numbers (NSN) 5865-01-618-5494) in support of the H-60 Program. This contracting action is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency

Requirements." NGSC is the sole designer, developer, integrator, and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Countermeasures Signals Simulator. Unless otherwise stated herein, no formal request for proposal or additional written information is currently available. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
