The Order will include but not limit the
scope of work to procure and qualify alternate parts to replace obsolete NVIDIA components. The anticipated
period of performance is 90 days from the date of award. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible small and or other than small business firms capable of providing the supplies/services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this sources sought. Any contract actions that the Government may intend to procure in the future will be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) as applicable in accordance with FAR 5.101. SUBMISSION DETAILS Responsible parties may identify their interest by responding to the requirement with a capability statement (no longer than 10 pages in length). No phone inquiries will be entertained. Responses shall be made in writing by e-mail to the attention of the listed points of contact using the provided. Interested businesses shall submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 x 11-inch pages, font no smaller than 12 point, 1.5 spaced) demonstrating their ability to provide the supplies or services listed in the required capabilities described herein. Documentation should be in bullet format. The capability statement package shall be sent by email to [email protected].
