of services: Think IPA CoverCare Comprehensive Maintenance and Support Services for THINK IPA systems and data. This will include training and Ongoing Technical Support. Continued maintenance and repair support and operational support are required to maintain operational effectiveness and access to enhanced functionality to support unexplained linen loss, quality assurance, infection prevention, validation, auditing, reporting, and operational performance management activities of hospital scrubs and other hospital linen items. The coverage area will be the John

D. Dingell VA Medical Center, located at 4646 John R Street, Michigan 48201. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.
