The 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (JBSA-Lackland), TX intends to solicit and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price, five-year purchase order to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Inc, under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(a). This requirement is for EMIT II Plus Amphetamines Assay testing kits for the Air Force Drug Testing Laboratory (AFDTL) at JBSA-Lackland, TX.
