Description

This is a combined to award a firm-fixed price contract for Locksmith Services. The 149th Fighter Wing requires a contractor, who is a Department of War Lock program participant and retains GSA certified safe and vault technicians, to provide multiple lock repairs and drill to access locked out GSA containers. This is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry System (NAICS) Code is 561622, with a small business size standard of $25,000,000. A Site Visit will be offered for this project on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 9:00 am CDT. All travel costs for the site visit are at the expense of the contractor and will not be reimbursed by the Government. There is a limit of 2 people per organization. Due to security conditions, all contractors must register to attend this site visit. Please use the following format and provide the information for all members of your party. Please submit the above information by email no later than Monday, March 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm CDT. The Lackland Visitor Control Center requires 10 days for review and approval; therefore, this is a firm deadline. All

questions and Request for Information (RFI) must be submitted no later than Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10:00 am CDT via email to the Contract Specialist Candace Fernandez at [email protected] and the

Contracting Officer Mark Green at [email protected]. We anticipate having answers posted to https://sam.gov no later than Tuesday, March 24, 2026. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price and other factors. Other factors will be the technical capability of the contractor. Technical capability of the contractor shall be determined by the following: technical approach to address all items in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), parts/equipment lead time, ability to meet the

period of performance, and copy of certifications in accordance with the PWS. Contractors who are interested in this requirement shall submit your proposal, not to exceed two pages, by email no later than Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 1:00 pm CDT to the Contract Specialist Candace Fernandez at [email protected] and the

Certifications for the Department of War Lock program participant and GSA certified safe and vault technicians shall be submitted with the proposal and will not count against the page requirement.
