Installation Access & Security: - All vendor personnel accessing the installation for delivery and pick-up must present a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or an alternative federally accepted identification. 3. Acquisition Authority and Procedures - This is a combined for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. - This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 in conjunction with Commercial Product policies under FAR Part 12.
