This is a combined for Mortuary Services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), intends to award an indefinite deliver/requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit

pricing. The award will be based on price and past performance. The contract periods for the service will consist of a base year with four, 12-month option years, at the unilateral discretion of the Government. Solicitation number 15BGCS26Q00000015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as an unrestricted solicitation. The North American Industrial {NAICS) code is 621910 with a small business size standard of $22.5 million. The solicitation document (RFQ), located in the section, contains the Statement of Work (SOW), of which provides a detailed description of the requirement(s) of the items to be acquired, a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable). The contract was awarded in May 2020, in the amount of $602,000.00 for a base year and four (4) one-year options. This contract is set to end on June 30, 2026.
