Solicitation number N0060426Q4063 is issued as a Request-For-Quotation (RFQ) for the Delivery, Installation, and Removal of Tradeshow/Convention type carpets, sandbags, and a Nipa/Tiki Hut in support of the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN71) for RIMPAC 2026 exercises at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI (JBPHH, HI). The proposed acquisition action is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Small Business -aside decision. The NAICS code is 532289 and the Small Business Standard is $12.5M dollars. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Publication Notice 20260625. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
