Description

The Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for life support sevices. Vendor will provide dumpsters, Portable toilets and Grey water holding tank rental and service for training exercise at CAMP GRAYLING JOINT MILITARY TRAINING CENTER, MICHIGAN (CGJMTC),

7 July 2026 -

26 July 2026. Request is for 16 dumpsters, 334 porta-johns, 4 grey water tanks, and servicing every 48 hours. Vendor is required to provide all equipment, labor, trucks, supplies, and adhere to all environmental disposal laws. Vendor will be responsible to repair any damages (ground, pads, etc.) Must be able to service on weekends and after hours if needed. Please see the attached PWS and spreadsheet for Porta-johns, grid list, Tanks, and Dumpsters locations and servicing details. All services shall be performed at Camp Grayling Michicgan, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 561990 (Caterers), with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. Award will be made on a best value basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), considering price and past performance.
