The Fort Bliss Directorate of Emergency Services requires certified maintenance services for the Intoxilyzer 9000 breath alcohol testing instruments. requirements. The Government employs a Performance-Based Services Acquisition (PBSA) strategy to define the
requirements and performance standards for this contract. The Contractor is expected to meet or exceed these standards to ensure reliable and compliant operation of the Intoxilyzer 9000 instruments. The estimated
