Background Information: The UICC Technical Fellowship Program allows researchers, clinicians, and policymakers to apply for fellowship grants to support short-term knowledge exchange and training in their area of focus. US Cancer Centers host the highest number of fellows each year, and US-based fellows are actively involved in the program, as are fellows from around the world. This program provides an opportunity for the National Cancer Institute Center for Global Health (CGH) to leverage existing investments by supplementing investigators and implementers in CGH funded programs and/or CGH led initiatives. CLOSING STATEMENT This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this notice. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties' bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include a technical proposal, a cost-price proposal, the
