Scope of Work: The scope of this contract is to construct a Radio Frequency/Measurements Hangar Facility with one aircraft position and all associated back shops, material storage, and administrative and facility support spaces. The facility will consist of both unclassified and classified spaces for a total square footage of 5,345 square meter (57,532 square feet). Structure will feature a new reinforced concrete foundation by replacing the paved area east of the existing Phase Hangar (Building 9), a metal roof, metal siding panels on steel framing and girts above a masonry cavity wall and Concrete Masonry Unit wall assembly around the base of the facility, and powered steel sliding hangar doors. The project will also include supporting facilities such as utilities, pavements, site improvements, and other necessary infrastructure to have a complete and usable facility.
