Asset International Inc. (aka Brightscope), is a large business, providing subscription services for Form 5500 and services of a specialized analyst. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The

period of performance will commence on September 19, 2026, through September 18, 2029. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not delay services. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
