REQUIREMENTS: Traceability: Full material traceability is required. The vendor must provide complete Material Test Reports (MTRs) / Mill Certifications demonstrating compliance with MIL-S-16216 upon delivery. Specialty Metals: This procurement is subject to DFARS 252.225-7009, Restriction on Acquisition of Certain Articles Containing Specialty Metals. The steel must be melted in the United States or a qualifying country. Delivery Destination: Material must be shipped directly to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNSY), Bremerton, WA.
