BID/BUILD EXISTING PARKING STRUCTURE STABILIZATION AND REPAIR, U.S. CIUDAD JUAREZ CONSULATE GENERAL - CIUDAD JUAREZ, MEXICO The Regional Procurement Support , Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Design/Build Construction Type Contract in calendar year 2026. The successful offeror shall provide complete design, architect construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to design, management, equipment and construction necessary to meet the

requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. Short project scope description: The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires Construction Services for an Existing Parking Garage in Ciudad Juarez Consulate General - Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The project is located on 10.1 acres on the Consulate compound. The official project location is Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. The site is paved and developed. The Parking Garage is located within the U.S. Consulate property and is bounded along its perimeter by walls and site accesses that are guarded by Consulate local guards that require verification of access approval for all personnel, equipment, and vehicle access Project

objective The Contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management, and construction necessary to meet the

requirements of this contract within the established schedules. Construction documents shall be developed in accordance with the RFP Contract Documents and referenced

requirements. The Contractor shall execute the project consistent with the OBO mission to provide the most effective facilities for United States diplomacy abroad. Construction shall be completed within the contract award amount and construction shall be performed within the

period of performance of one year. Pursuant to Subpart 36.204 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the estimated magnitude for the entire project is between $2,500,000.00 and $3,500,000.00 U.S. Dollars (Note: the prescribed FAR range determinations provide relatively wide ranges only, in order to give potential offerors a very general orientation as to the magnitude of the work. However, the specified range is not meant to give any indication as to the Independent Government Cost Estimate for this project, which could be at the lower or the upper end of the range indicated).
