requirements. Sargent identifies that the power transfer valve in accordance with 20327-001 Revision B is Level I but asserts that the same

requirements do not apply for the individual components. In response, the Plug, Find Number 22 of Sargent Industries drawing 20327-001 Revision B forms a critical part of the pressure boundary of the valve assembly and is required to be Level 1. 2. Note to the Vendor: It is noted that Level 1 assemblies, such as Sargent Industries drawing 20327-001 Revision B, are composed of various individual Level 1 parts. Level 1

requirements apply at both the assembly and part level.
