Amendment A0001 See B05 Amdnment A0001-75H70126R00034 for detailed informaton. ######################################################################################################## This is a Solicitation Notice for solicitation number 75H70126R00034, Pine Ridge Hospital Roof Replacement in Pine Ridge, SD (Oglala Lakota County), a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Engineering Services (DES) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. The purpose of this contract is to replace 73,400 SF of roofing membrane and insulation over the original PR Hospital Building. The roof over the original hospital building is past its expected life. Substantial patching has occurred within the last 5 years to address numerous leaks throughout the facility. Pine Ridge receives severe hail and windstorms frequently which have also contributed to the degradation of the existing membrane roof. Saturation of the insulation has also been identified, and severe pooling of water indicates drainage issues. This project will be procured as a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside solicitation under North American Industry System (NAICS) 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
