Responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Background: The Northern Arizona VA Health Care System (VA Prescott Healthcare System) requires evacuation chairs to ensure safe and efficient vertical patient evacuation during emergencies. These chairs will support compliance with emergency preparedness standards and enhance patient safety during building evacuations. Scope: The contractor shall provide twenty (20) evacuation chairs with all necessary accessories and installation services. The chairs will be used for vertical evacuation and patient movement in multi-story facilities.
