Special Notice New England Journal of Medicine Subscription Modification FBO Notice: 36C77625Q0135 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requests a modification to the commercial off-the-shelf web-based subscription to the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) titles. The subscriptions should be from the Massachusetts Medical Society Publisher and will be made available throughout the VA healthcare system. No other third party NEJM subscriptions will be accepted. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with GRAHAM ADVISORY NETWORK , 5300 ATLANTIC AVE, STE 106L, RALEIGH, NC, USA: to provide a modification to OY three to New England Journal of Medicine. The modification is being conducted by authority of FAR Part 52.212-4 Changes, in addition to FAR Part 43.103(a) as well as 6.302-1. The NAICS code for this procurement is 519290 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. This notice of intent to is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the

requirements may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
