In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s
requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government’s desire is for a full service lease for approximately 2250 rentable square feet of Retail space for an Armed Forces Career Center for a term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights and located within a defined delineated area: within city limits of Owasso, OK. Non-exclusive on-site parking for four (4) government vehicles must be provided for on a 24 hours 7 days a week basis. Offered space must meet Government
