The location Proximity to gun stores/ranges, pawn shops, adult entertainment clubs, liquor stores, medical (or otherwise) marijuana distributors or methadone clinics are precluded within a walkable mile of the Vet Center. Amenities that are rated as unfavorable include: childcare, community or recreation center for children, K-12 school, bars, or other establishments with alcohol or pornography distribution, dog kennels, and adjacent to single family housing.
