The project is described as “Warehouse, Shop and Gym HVAC equipment Replacement”. The United States Department of State (DOS) requires engineering and construction services to remove and replace three (3) curb mounted roof top units (RTU’s) installed on the warehouse, Workshop and Gym at the U.S Embassy Compound in Paramaribo Suriname. The buildings are one (1) story buildings located around the perimeter of the compound. The intent is for the new RTU’s to fit on the existing to remain RTU curbs. The contractor shall remove and properly dispose of demolished equipment and materials or otherwise instructed by COR or Facility manager. This work will also include any necessary modifications to the building’s roofing/flashing, electrical, and HVAC systems and their associated components. The anticipated project schedule will be provided during the pre-bid walkthrough. The contractor shall furnish services under task orders issued by the
