The components to be worked is LPAP #8. The Ford Class Naval Ship FY 26 PIA work package identified injection water pressure failure on #8 LPAP. Shipboard inspections were conducted by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Engineering . Multiple troubleshooting efforts were conducted by Ship鈥檚 Force and ISEA with no corrective action identified. Request OEM support for troubleshoot/repair and testing of #8 LPAP. Technical findings provided by NNSY Engineering Code have been utilized to develop the technical work
