The U.S. Army Health Contracting Activity (USAHCA), Health Readiness

Contracting Office (HRCO), on behalf of the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), has developed this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit market research information from industry to assist the Government with analysis of a potential requirement and to obtain commercial insight on performance-based solutions, best practices, possible contractual arrangements, and potential risks. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). Responses are strictly voluntary and will not be considered offers. The Government will not pay for information received. This notice does not restrict the Government’s acquisition approach.
