CGR Physical Security Upgrade U.S. Embassy Jerusalem, Israel The Regional Procurement Support , Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price construction contract in the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The offeror shall provide construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the

requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The U.S. Embassy Jerusalem has a requirement for physical security upgrade services at the CGR building in Jerusalem, a historically significant property on OBO's List of Significant Property. Work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Preservation, IEBC, 2021 OBO Design Standards, DS FE/BR guidelines, and IBC 2018. The scope includes but is not limited to: Construction of a 60-minute FE/BR-rated safe haven with integrated utilities Replacement of doors/grilles with 15-minute FE/BR-rated alternatives Installation of Shatter Resistant Window Film (SRWF) and FE-rated window grilles Wall reinforcement to FE/BR standards Historic preservation measures for masonry, plaster, and stone floor elements, subject to OBO .
