Installation of new, high-quality architectural asphalt shingles. Removal and disposal of two existing skylights. Installation of two new clear, curb-mounted Velux brand or equivalent polycarbonate UV-resistant hard coating skylights of similar shape and size. Prime and paint trim on 72” W x 84” H double entry doors. Removal, disposal, and replacement of existing 72” W, two-step entry stairs with new composite stairs. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Standard Code is 238160 - Roofing Contractors. The small business size standard is 19M.
