16 AUG 2027 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Evaluation and Repair of Ultrasonic Inspection Equipment PSNS&IMF requires a services contract to provide Evaluation and Repair of Ultrasonic Inspection Equipment. The Government shall not exercise direct supervision or control over any contractor employees. Notwithstanding, contractor shall ensure employees comply with all

requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and contract. Evaluation and repair services of non-destructive test equipment used for ultrasonic inspections on US Navy Ships at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Equipment consists of Evident Epoch 650, Evident OmniScan X3 and Evident PAUT weld probe. Equipment will need to be calibrated by the contractor technician after repairs are performed. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Evaluation and Repair of Ultrasonic Inspection Equipment as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
