Response Date: April 21, 2026 The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only.

This is not a solicitation. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be honored. The National Guard Bureau (NGB), AQ - R Division intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract for the TARC Building 1, Roof Replacement at the Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC), 111 S George Mason Dr, Arlington, VA 22204. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The anticipated duration of this project is approximately 120 days. North American Industry System (NAICS) code for this work is 238160. The small business size standard is $19,000,000 average annual revenue for the previous five (5) years. In accordance with RFO FAR 19.104-1, Small business set-asides, the Government will review the information requested in this announcement to determine the type of set-aside (if any) for this requirement.

Scope of Work: The project includes all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to replace the existing low-slope commercial roof system on the building located at 111 S George Mason Dr, Arlington, VA 22204. This is a complete tear-off and replacement project designed to provide a new, watertight, and energy-efficient roof system that complies with all applicable state and local building codes. The current roof system, an Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM) system, is 33 years old (original from building construction) and has deteriorated and failed to provide adequate waterproofing causing water intrusion into the building. The replacement is required to mitigate ongoing water intrusion, improve energy efficiency, and ensure the long-term integrity of the roofs and the buildings. Submission
