This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for a non-personal services contract for a Summer Caretaker at the Farish Recreation Area. The Government is seeking to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Description of Requirement: The 10th Force Support Squadron requires a contractor to provide after-hours surveillance, security, and guest support for the Farish Recreation Area, a government-owned recreational lodging facility in Woodland Park, CO. The contractor will live on-site in a contractor-provided RV and serve as the on-site security and customer service presence during non-business hours (6:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily) from May through October. The contractor will serve as the initial on-site responder for emergencies and maintenance issues.
