The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) to provide bulk propane delivery to a Government facility in Mobridge, South Dakota. The contractor will deliver propane to Government-owned storage tanks on an as-needed basis for a period of one year following the award.

The Government is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) capable of providing bulk propane (liquefied petroleum gas) delivery to a Government facility located in Mobridge, South Dakota. The contractor shall provide delivery of propane to Government-owned storage tanks on an as-needed basis. The anticipated
period of performance is one (1) year from the date of award. This notice is issued for market research purposes only to determine the availability of ISBEE firms.
